We want you to be fully satisfied with your smart lighting experience. If you are not happy with your Yeelight purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
